Description
The immage is the result of an expedition to Chukotka in the Russian far East in 2010, when one of my dreams came through. During the last day of our visit I was able to vitness a brood of newly hatched Spoon-billed Sandpipers. The species is severely threatend and there maybe just over 150 pairs left.
